Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with
A SPECIAL EVENING OF YOGA (Natalie) & SACRED CHANTING (Illumina)
SATURDAY, SEP. 19TH 2015, 7-10PM
Last Year’s Chanting at All Saints Church, West Dulwich
Throughout history, Sacred Chants and Mantras have been used to increase our connection with the Divine or Essence of who we are – to bring more Joy, Fulfilment and Healing into our lives. ILLUMINA (Lila & Anaam) are two divinely inspired musicians who use the mediums of Sacred Sound and Mantra to reconnect to the still, silent presence of our divine nature.
The evening will start (led by Natalie) with Kundalini Yoga kriya (postures) suitable for all levels. This will be followed by group singing and chanting using Sacred sounds and mantras from various traditions and languages with Illumina ( here’s their last album – we do upbeat stuff as well 🙂
This not about singing or chanting “well”, rather it’s about letting it come from your heart. If you have issues about using your voice in public then I invite you to let them go in this safe space and sing your heart out! YES!!!

Please arrive in time for a 7pm start.
Bring: mat/sheepskin, blanket for relaxation (cushions are available there, and chairs if your prefer for any sitting), water.
Wear: anything comfortable for moving in.
Cost: £20 in advance via the button (plus 90p booking fee)
