I’ve noticed a lot of people joining my blog in the last few days, which I have not added to for a long time. So I hope this video is helpful if you are new (and if you already know me).
It’s not amazing quality as I’ve uploaded from my FB (you can join me there too) but hey who needs perfect?!
It’s great for resetting the nervous system. And some practical reminders at the end about grounding if your mind is in overdrive. Do it by yourself or with loved ones and regain your footing day by day.
