You are invited to join me for a taster beginner's class to find out about Kundalini Yoga and gently try out some of the postures, breathing and meditation techniques.
When? Monday 18th or 25th of January 2021 (you can come to both but they will be basically the same - your friend can come either week)
- a yoga mat or eg sheepskin or something you won't slip on (it's not very important for the first class to have a mat but something that is not hard/cold is good)
- a cushion for sitting on
- a blanket, some water
- comfy stretchy clothing
