To give you an idea of the kriyas/sets we did over the last 6 week block, we –
Opened the Heart Centre/Chakra
Released Negativity & Tension
Supported the Adrenals & Kidneys
Awakened the Body & Spine
Remembered Our Radiance
Connected with Opportunities & Green Energy/Abundance
along with cleansing & calming breaths, and mantra meditations that clear out all the endless jabbering in the head.
And some Deep Relaxation to integrate the deep work that happens on all levels of your being.
The class had new students and more experienced ones. All sorts of levels of fitness and abilities.

Why join me for 6 weeks of Kundalini Yoga?
Because it’s a bit bonkers and we all need something to help us through these times of upheaval and rapid change.
- It’s in real life with our amazing bodies – always very powerful and positive for our wellbeing when we connect with each other physically. And surrounded by vegetables and nature (but it is indoors in the community room pictured).
- A new habit to replace anything less than uplifting that you’ve been doing on Friday nights
- Feel super chilled out and release the unconscious build up of tension from the day/week/month/year or your whole lifetime -> Remember what it feels like to be relaxed 🙌
- Feel more yourself, more centred and start the weekend refreshed instead of depleted.
- Be less likely to lose your shit/manage your own shit in a healthier way – even feel more loving and kind.
- Meet (or reconnect with) some really lovely people.
- Prepare your body to handle more Light/Energy/Kundalini Shakti
- The list goes on but that’s a good start – what’s your reason?? I’ll ask you in the intake questionnaire what you’re looking for
What? Simple movements – sometimes dynamic, sometimes held; conscious breathing series; meditations with and without sound.
Who?
Beginners welcome, along with more experienced students.
Need to have some general fitness and be able to sit on the ground.
All welcome.
Payment?
Option 1: Book the 6 weeks
£14 per class -> payment required in advance for the classes (£84) – nonrefundable
✨PLUS if you book all 6 you can have access to my online library of classes for the 6 weeks.
✨PLUS, if you miss a class, you can also attend a live Zoom class OR have a live recording of my most recent 7pm Tuesday or 9:15am Wednesday class to use for the week you missed.
Commit to the whole thing as it’ll be easier to get yourself there – and a bit cheaper !!
Option 2: Drop in £16.50 + bf
I’ll open any spaces still available for booking on the day before the block starts.
No guarantee there’ll be spaces, sorry.
What to Bring?
No mats or cushions are at the venue = please bring mat/sheepskin, a yoga block or cushion or a folded blanket to sit on for postures, meditations.
Blanket for relaxation (the room does have good heating).
NEW to kundalini yoga or yoga?
I’ll send you a couple of videos on basic breathing techniques we’ll use (and we’ll go over in class).
I’ll also offer a 5-10 minute call for any questions or concerns before or after you’ve booked the 6 weeks.

I came home last week and said to my partner that each week it has formed more and more into my ideal class and then beyond.
The warm up has taken me into the headspace and my body primed to do what it needs. The dynamic parts I have LOVED, it has been exactly what I needed. I am someone who loves challenge, and it has really brought this to an exciting level- I’m hooked.
I have been surprised I am still able to do deep stretches that I thought I’d never do again. Deep relaxation has been restoring. The chant meditation has been a highlight to my week. I have never been able to meditate until your classes.
My soul and pipes rinsed out to be reenergised, touched base with my body and empowered to enjoy my weekend then week.
I tend to sit with a lot of stale air in my lungs. Chinese medicine said I’m a lung lady and need a purging, which brings this.
The length of the class has felt perfect to cover all these bases. It has truly been perfect.
This has been a battery recharge I need. And found myself less disregulated with my cycle and the stresses of day to day.
I am very happy to be back. Please keep going if you can. You are an incredible teacher, and it has tightened so many bolts for me already. I spent the last few years going to the odd yoga class and coming away quite frustrated and bored tbh.
