What would it take to make this breath meditation a regular part of your life? When could you find 3 minutes (or more on the days you have more time) to change the way you feel and so then how you percieve & experience life?

Some people do it first thing, or after dropping the kids off, or before bed, or taking 3 long deep breaths when noticing tension in the body or queuing up/waiting/travelling somewhere.

Anytime is perfect for a deep breath.
