The dishonouring of Mother Earth is reflected in a long history of dishonouring the Feminine – especially as embodied by women. To regain our balance, we are on a personal and collective journey of reclaiming this energy as Sacred and Vital within women (and men).

This is appearing as a return to self-love/nourishment, women supporting each other vs competing with each other, slowing down, listening to our bodies, our hearts and our intuition vs the prevailing systems and external authorities that have told us what to do, be, look like and so on…It is a Return to Love rather than Fear as our driving force.

About Natalie: Natalie is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Shamanic Practitioner and an experienced space holder for women, having run many women’s retreats, workshops, Cacao Ceremonies, 1:1 mentoring, and 1000’s of hours teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2012 in South London.

She is here to help women awaken to and reclaim their power & wisdom in this great Age of transition to a Heart-Centred World.

• An intention/focus (this may arise on the day don’t stress)
• Something for the altar connected you to the Sacred Feminine eg crystals, photos, a flower blossom, mother nature/fruit
