Voluntary Participation
The customer acknowledges that you have voluntarily chosen and requested to participate in the yoga class (group or private), workshop, event, or online/offline program (hereafter “program” or “activity”) with Natalie Fishwick.
Acknowledgement
The customer is aware that participation in the yoga class, workshop, event, or program includes physical movement which carries with it the risk of injury. The customer acknowledges that a certain minimum level of physical health and fitness will be required. By signing up for any class, workshop, event or program, the customer represents that he/she possesses the level of health necessary to participate in these activities. The customer is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. The customer assumes all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries he/she may sustain due to his/her participation in these activities.
Health claims made in the kriyas, meditations, pranayama and lifestyle recommendations are based on traditional yogic sources and are in no way intended as a substitute for medical care. If you engage in any lifestyle recommendation, kriya, meditation, pranayama presented in any of Natalie’s activities you agree to do so at your own risk, including any risk of injury.
The customer is aware that it is recommended to avoid strong abdominal work or inversions when menstruating and to use long deep breathing in place of breath of fire, or pump the navel more gently.
The customer is aware that any posture can be visualised if in any doubt as to their ability to do so safely.
Cacao Ceremonies The customer is aware that Cacao is not suitable for anyone with chocolate or nut allergies, heart conditions or anyone taking SSRI anti-depressant medication.
Release
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the yoga class, workshop, event, or activity, the customer agrees that he/she, his/her heirs, assignees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of, any of the hosts, instructors, organizers, or participants in the yoga class, workshop, event, or activity including but not limited to Natalie Fishwick, for injury or damage resulting from my participation in such yoga class, workshop, event, or activity. The customer releases all such hosts, instructors, organizers, and participants, their agents and heirs, from any and all actions, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or hereafter may have for any and all injury, illness, loss of or damage to property associated with my participation in the yoga class, workshop, event, or activity.
The customer has the responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a health care professional and to make their own decision about whether it is appropriate to attend a class, workshop, event, programme. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal or post-surgical, by signing up to class you confirm that you have a physician’s approval to participate, and have discussed adjustments with your physician and Natalie prior to attending classes or other events.
Payments/Refunds/Cancellations
Once registered there is a strict cancellation policy.
Online class/events/Digital Products – no refunds or credit available.
5 class passes are to be used strictly within 7 weeks, dated from the first class taken. The pass needs to be started within 3 months of purchase. There is no physical “pass” provided. You can pause the pass for 3 months maximum if you are injured.
Card reader or Cash payment – please arrive in time to pay prior to the start of class.
Individual class purchase – once paid for online needs to be used within the week it has been purchased.
Park Class cancelled by the customer with less than 24hrs notice will not be refunded. Any class cancelled by the customer with more than 24hrs notice will be refunded via the original payment method. Any class cancelled by the teacher will be refunded via the original payment method.
Workshops/Ceremonies/Events (not a regular class) cancelled by the customer with more than 30 days notice will be refunded. Less than 30 days notice will not be refunded – however a transfer to someone else is possible.
Retreats – unless otherwise stated 6 weeks prior to the retreat start date the customer will receive a full refund minus £50 administration, and after 6 weeks no refunds are possible but the customer can transfer their space to another person. It is recommended you obtain insurance to cover you for any illness or travel problems.
Merchant Fees are normally added to the class/event/retreat cost when paying online/by card reader.
Private Class/Session cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will not be refunded/will still be invoiced.
Thank you
