This retreat is for you if you:
- need to REST – ReCHARGE – ReBIRTH
- want or need to go deeper, to be really held in a loving space of alchemy & healing with some undivided attention.
- want to explore your deeper Feminine Sacred Energies & deeply connect with all the elements (it is an outdoor kind of retreat mostly).
- are preferring to be in a very small group ie just you, or 1 or 2 others (plus me).
- may prefer to have a retreat without accommodation included/need your own space (& if you get in quick I can recommend a beautiful house to stay in).

What is included?
- Bespoke & Intimate retreat created around & with the women who are coming, by an experienced retreat & space holder (this can be just you, or you plus max of 2 others).
- Immersing ourselves in the magical energy and sacred land of Glastonbury/Avalon, which is also considered the Heart Chakra of the Earths’s energy centres and the re-emergence of the honouring of the Goddess or Deep Feminine energy to help Re-store balance to each of us and this planet.
- Guided visits & ceremonies/meditations in the Chalice Well Gardens, White Springs, Glastonbury Tor (other visits if time/inspiration in your free time – eg Glastonbury Abbey, Mary Magdalene Chapel).
- Nature walk & ceremony with Ancient Trees
- Cacao Ceremony (a shamanic heart-opening plant medicine) with Powerful Sound Journey
- Short Kundalini Shakti yoga awakening practices raising and clearing our energy, to allow presence, inspiration and intuition to flow. These will be woven in as we move through Avalon.
- Connection with your inner power & clarity via your own body
- Connection with other lovely women ( at least me if not 1 or 2 others).
- Time for shopping (eg apothecaries for herbs, candles, oils etc Crystal shops!!), walks and fresh air, complementary therapies (massages can be arranged in advance), Akashic Record readings (I have a beautiful friend who offers this).
The number of activities included will vary according to how long you want to retreat with me for. We can prioritise according to your needs/wishes.
Time together will be spent outside at the sacred sites/walking, and the indoor Cacao Ceremony/Sound Healing Journey will be indoors at a gorgeous space at the base of the Tor.
Possible retreat dates are:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10th -13th June OR
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 16th -19th June (16th as a day option is available, 17-19th is full)
(it can be a single day or more)
NOT INCLUDED:
Accommodation: some recommendations can be offered (if you are quick I have access to discounts on a beautiful double or twin room in a gorgeous house) or you can feel free to explore the many airbnb options in Glastonbury to find the right budget & space that suits you.
Food: we can share meals at lovely cafes with my insider info! or bring/pack something for the day out.
