You are invited to join me for a taster beginner’s class on Zoom, to find out about Kundalini Yoga and gently try out some of the postures, breathing and meditation techniques.
When? Monday 18th or 25th of January 2021 (you can come to both but they will be basically the same)
Exchange: £11 (If you would like to bring a friend, you can offer them a free spot! I’ll get in touch with you once you’ve paid to arrange this).
Where: Via Zoom Link in the privacy of your own home (I will send this usually at least an hour before the class)
What do I need?:
-a yoga mat or eg sheepskin or something you won’t slip on (it’s not very important for the first class to have a mat but something that is not hard/cold is good)
-a cushion for sitting on
-a blanket, some water
-comfy stretchy clothing
If you can’t do a posture don’t worry, alternatives will be offered or you can visualise it instead.
