Gong + Kundalini Yoga for the Pranic Body
Connect with Your Infinite Energy & Be Fearless
Sunday 18th Oct, 2-5pm, Forest Hill, £30, Open to ALL
Guru Nanak said, “When you are short on wisdom, breathe”
“It is sound that is the powerful and original vehicle for prana (energy and consciousness), and it is sound that we work with to master the energy body or pranayama kosha..” Mehtab Benton, Gong & Kundalini Yoga Master
The overall Tantric numerology for this year is the number 8 (2+0+1+5=8) and the 8th energetic body in Kundalini Yoga is the Pranic Body. Prana is the vital energy of the universe – the energy that causes every atom to move and every breath to be taken. When you feel a lack of energy and disconnection from the infinite field of pranic energy, you’re in scarcity and fear.
If the Pranic body is working correctly, you are fearless – no fear, no scarcity.
If you are born on the 8th, or 8th month (August), or your birthday reduces to 8 (e.g.26th: 2+6 =8, 17th: 1+7=8, then this is often the first challenge you face.
This will be a special extended class that will use the Gong to increase the power of a Kundalini Yoga Kriya that addresses pranic energy imbalances.
We will do a warm up kriya, followed by the main kriya which will use the Gong along side the pranayama (breathing) and mantra meditations in the kriya, and an extended relaxation with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to allow for the integration of this powerful set.
This Kriya is also recommended for anyone experiencing so called “Kundalini Emergencies”
