Long work hours and travelling around London can make it a bit tricky to get to a class regularly, so if you have some space at your workplace that can be cleared temporarily, and think there would be a group interested in an on-site class or workshop, either at lunch time or after work, then please get in touch.

Programs can be done to suit whatever space you have, including chair-based or mat based, and particular themes can be offered. For example – dealing with stress/pressure, relaxing, recharging energy levels, sleeping better, mood balancing or team building. All abilities can be catered for.

Or maybe you and a couple of friends would like a regular class (bespoke themes available) in your home, after the school run perhaps? Alll you need is space for the mats, and a little room for me. Even less space if you would like to explore the powerful meditations from Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan on their own.
